Apply primer
Take black eyeliner, cream black shadow, gel liner, or a eyeshadow stick like this (anything of the sort)
Start off small! Draw a thick line about halfway across the lash line
Then blend some into the crease
Like this
Take a bone colored eyeshadow
And a dense eyeshadow brush and blend out the edges of the black
Using that same brush, darken up the crease and outer corner a tad with some black eyeshadow
Take some eyeliner
ONLY line the lower waterline
Fill in your brows
Curl your eyelashes
Apply your mascara
Take a flat foundation brush
And some liquid foundation
Clean up the under eye area and the outer edges
Done!
